@delta@chaos.social the #deltachat project is unique in the realm of secure cross-platform messaging. Thank you for everything. We use Delta Chat on our in-house servers with the same user account for all applications, and since version 2.51, the loss of access to the DeltaChat folder has caused unwanted messages to appear. Creating additional user accounts or using external relays is not compatible with our in-house servers.

That's why, two months ago, I set up a forwarding rule in my webspace to redirect the DeltaChat email address to a new email account. I now use this email address exclusively for #DeltaChat. ... and then change your login credentials in #DeltaChat within your existing account. It worked perfectly. ... it doesn't hurt to make a backup first. 😉
