The average user who switches to Linux goes through several phases: 1. Oh, this is really different from Windows, I’m not really into it. Where are my damn installed programs? 2. Well, it’s not that different. There are windows, folders, and its own app store. 3. I’m still not really into this desktop. I’m going to customize it to my liking… Or maybe I’ll just try another one. 4. I’ve already tried all the desktops, I’m going to check out that WM thing. 5. I think if I remove these services, I can save a 11MB RAM. 6. I’ve recompiled the kernel. The system is 0,8 seconds faster. 7. Why use a distro created by someone else when I can make my own? 8. I hardly use the computer anymore... I just optimize the system. 9. My friends have contacted me on Matrix because they’re worried about me. I’m worried that they’ve found me. I need to cover my tracks better online. #linux
