Is it a lack of awareness, or is it an entirely-cynical ploy to get small investors — and those who have never invested before — to prop up the stock market a little longer so that the rich can get their money out before the bubble bursts?

Current Labour front bench has nobody approaching the calibre of Gordon Brown's boot boy.
