FreeBSD 15.1-RELEASE is out.
In my new guide, I walk through the official upgrade paths:
• distribution sets with freebsd-update
• packaged base with pkg
• boot-environment rollback
• .pkgnew merges
• boot-loader checks for UEFI/BIOS
