These days I just assume anything strikingly unusual is #AIslop. It's my default position.

@drewph@ieji.de There are versions of this image that are more than 10 years old. This specific version appears to be more recent, and the rocks have a somewhat plasticky feel, so AI may be partly involved, it's hard to say. But the original viral image from over a decade ago was just a simple digital composite.
