@gpk@23.social @grumpygamer@mastodon.gamedev.place it depends, you also can understand very little or not even reviewing anything and not doing anything wrong. if what you're building doesn't have any high risk features. for example, if i wanna build an app of support to photoshop where I can see all the names of the filters, suggestions on how to use them and example pictures why would anybody code that by hand when they can just use AI and good prompting? it just depends on what you're building. now claude has a native connector with blender for example, how much time does jt save for engineers and even random people with a 3d printer??? or if you wanna build an app for yourself you can create exactly what you need

@thak@kolektiva.social Personal use? Sure (or maybe, as you depend on that the AI really does what you want it to do - and you need to know what you want the AI to do, too), it just has nothing to do with what Ron was talking about, i think. @grumpygamer@mastodon.gamedev.place
