I did this with discover. After 3 weeks of calling and running up the chain they finally “realized” that I could add my phone number to verify (even though I’d been using email as my primary). Haven’t had to mess with it since.

If you want to waste your time, yea. I don’t remember the last time I got ACTUAL support from a company.
