@EllenB@mastodon.social Yes that's true, they also seem to chew the leaves for the internal walls. I have read somewhere that there is a poppy bee (Osmia papaveris) which lines her nest with poppy petals. We don`t have it here in GB but it must be really nice to watch as well.
