And yes, I hand chamfered the edge as well. :) That’s all I have time for tonight, as I also spent a lot of time cleaning up my workspace. Ready for tomorrow. :)

I have the one surviving connector key, which pulled out easily. Plastic milk carton is about the same thickness, so I cut out a replacement. Works well enough!
