Oh right. This isn't designed to run from flash. It runs from RAM so I don't need to have the flash installed. It's been a while since I've used this.

The tool is pretty simple. It outputs N+1 pulses on GPIO N. You check every pin in sequence, counting up one by one. All pins tested good. 👍
