A bit of a warmup in the forecast here, but still under my A/C use parameters. Is it really summer in the Sacramento Valley? 3. Dozing in the sun, time-traveling via an unexpected trio of sounds: a meadowlark’s call, a single-engine plane overhead, and a neighbor’s push mower — familiar echoes from 75+ years ago. (Cue the theme from The Twilight Zone…) 4. Bonus: Contemporary stained glass by Jean-Michel Othoniel, in collaboration with the Ateliers Loire, from the Basilica of Saint-Sernin in Toulouse, France.
