@Aywren@gamepad.club my biggest worry is feeling like I have to have encyclopedic knowledge of the lore before I can start RPing
I worry that I'll say something "out of bounds" and people will not want to interact

@grace@social.lol I completely understand where that worry comes from. There are folks out there like that, but there are far more who are pretty chill about lore, especially if you take time to chat out of RP about your ideas. I'm quite prone to canon-bending with my stuff and I've yet to find anyone call me out on it. I'm also selective about interactions, so there's that.
