Yep, I would expect her laptop to be in the same or worse condition, if it was mine. It’s build quality is practically nonexistent and if we expect the interiour to be like other HPs I disassembled, it’s probably hollow without any board protection whatsoever. Also, the fans are almost always full speed, even on moderate to low load (of the some gen of ryzen 5).
