So my Adobe Illustrator has started crashing for no apparent reason and I cant seem to solve it. I'm a long time user of Illustrator and love its smoothness and ability to save and edit directly in PDF format. However with this issue I decided to give the open source alternative Inkscape another look. To my surprise it has improved significantly from last time I used it. I think I will stick with it. What I like most about these programs is how you can grab a bunch of objects and scale them all at once INCLUDING fonts. Try doing that with any MS product and you end up with font wrap collisions everywhere... #inkscape #adobe #foss
