Cool, so it’s way more durable than my Latitude 5290. I had my bottom cover screw inserts break when opening it. And the bottom panel is cracked in multiple locations. Also, recently had to reglue a display hinge, since it’s just glued on the plastic top panel via a metal extension (it also broke the bezel which I had to plastic-weld to reinstall it). But I also use the display frame as a handrest so it was doomed to fail. Also, I had to reglue or replace most of the rubber housing parts. Here’s my poor little laptop: I kinda feel bad for this laptop coming into my aggressive hands. I would recommend a Dell Latitude, but expect problems if you mistreat it like me. It isn’t a T430 or T440p, which survive everything.
