ended my trip to Austria with getting translhobically profiled by airport gate staff who repeatedly called me sir before demanding i pay 70 euro to check my backpack (barely bigger than the dimensions of my laptop) . when i said "im not a guy by the way" she gave a non apology before calling me sir another moment later, and straight up lying to my face about it
