Dear England, further to hearing some of the thoughts from your new pre-- ordained PM, yes, devolved powers have there place, but the levers of that power will always remain within the establishment at No 10 Downing St. #westminster and the wider establishment "organisation/s" in and around #55TuftonSt... they will say you have Devolved Government... but you will never be allowed the levers of power... never... the end...
