The end of the lifetime guarantee from T-Mobile. Nice of the FCC to let them just cancel that and pay people i think it was $2 or $3 for lying and violating contracts. Does anyone have any idea what a “modern” cell phone plan is or “enhanced features” ? I’m assuming it means they also dropped the promise to never do traffic shaping. I’ll just guess sports premium packages or poly market credits. And of course probably now actively mess with VPNs. Any other guesses what ‘modern’ and ‘enhanced features’ mean to a cell phone company as the entire industry grapples with the collapse of new cell phone purchases due to AI-fueled chip shortages?
