@Terry@poa.st 20kt transit speed is a leisurely pace. If they were actually serious about a prolonged action, then the time window to arrival would likely be quite a bit longer than 105 hrs in order to account for gassing up all the smallboys and top off food stores before transiting so they could bee-line it to the gulf. If they were only running in for a quick in and out, they could just send a carrier out flanked by its bodyguard accompaniment of fast attack subs, but this time window doesn't seem like it'll be anything more than standard CSG/CAG rotation into/out of the 5th fleet AOR
