Dunkirk notwithstanding, since that only would have destroyed most of their army, and not made crossing the English channel any easier. They had not put in the nationbuilding work to make Operation-Z a possibility, and the battle of britain was won by a technology edge in radar that was out of German hands for the most part. I think Germany could have won WW2, but my reason for thinking that is that they could have drafted every single Belgian and French man in the same exact way that the Soviets drafted every Ukrainian and had their own version of not one step back. The jewish commissars were not merely demonic savages, they also had quite a talent for the logistics of goyim enslavement and mobilization and 'motivation.'
