- about having receiving it instead of me. It's not particularly relevant, especially because the relevant stuff is already in my original message, but I understand automation, let's check some boxes if that makes them happy. Except, after I've checked the relevant boxes, here is my message again... REPHRASED. Not just with templates depending on the boxes I've checked or not, but fully rephrased what I've written originally as well.

So, because this has put me in a mood and I have time to waste this morning, I finish sending the message about my package, and then make a beeline for my phone to call the CDiscount client hotline. The woman who picks up does not listen, so it doesn't help my mood. I tell her about the message thing, and she's like "give me your information so that I can check your item order". This is not about the order, I tell her. This is about the rephrasing on your own website. I want a confirmation -
