She's like "I can't check your order if you don't give me your information" and after a couple of back and forth I give up and give her the damn information, she looks up the item, and oh wow, wouldn't you know, it hasn't been delivered yet. So now can we talk about the message service on your website ?
"I don't see what button you clicked, are you sure you didn't use ChatGPT ?" yeah I'm pretty sure.

This is followed by a solid 5min of "I don't see the button" in various forms. I tell her there's nothing to see on my account specifically, I'm asking a question about disabling the embedded AI on their website. She's getting impatient, I'm getting impatient, this isn't working. She goes "well I see that the seller is foreign, in which case it just translated it into English for them". I point out that I used "rephrased" because my French message was changed into French.
