AI is incapable of art. It is only capable of plagiarism. It combines the genuine novelty of its training data with the novelty provided in the prompts and configurations and framing it is given and outputs something that appears to be novelty but is actually just the product of the provided inputs, spiced with thoughtless and meaningless randomness.
