@dr_jo_mue@troet.cafe @xyla@shitpost.trade The problem is not maximum speed, but the „patchwork“ nature of the network - which means that every longer train ride is a mixture of high-speed lines and legacy infrastructure, which is overloaded and quite often shared with regional and freight trains, causing frequent delays.
