So what does it take to setup a democratic non (or at least not main) profit VPN organization?
With a clear and sharp code of conduct and public visibility of owners, money transfers etc.
Everything open for public review.

@paddlaren@mastodonsweden.se the main obstacles to providing VPN service are legal, from all the governments that don't want people to use VPNs (see: the huge worldwide push to deanonymize users with age verification), so I could see a non profit encountering a lot of challenges because it's something of a soft target.
