@meowski@fluf.club The horse paste really f'ed up my gut biome last time I took it while doing carnivore, I should have ate some carbs with it I think.

@CZB@eientei.org i'm having about 10-15 grams/day of carbs now. fairly certain i have (or had) some parasites though so i'm gona take a few more days til the tube is gone. symptoms noticeably started improving the next day
