Yes, police often take witnesses to wind-swept oceanfront bridges to have heart-to-heart conversations. Not, say, drab boring police stations with tile-floored rooms.

Parents are the real monsters, they separate girls from their beloved giant snakes. "Boss, de plane! de plane!" The snkae vs plane dogfight is really very good. A+ model work. Why do mooks always get out of their car & run from the cops? You can't go faster, & the cops have numbers. It's insane. "General, this is Ted."
