I set up a new laptop with win 11 recently and i had litterally all of the issues you described. If I wasn’t at work I would have screamed at the laptop out of frustration … well I did scream but I tried to keep it professional. I had issues with a printer on Linux but aside from that, Linux has always served me better and with less issues than windows in the last 5 years.
