@statsguy@mas.to It's so depressing. I was at a Climate Coalition event recently, and scientist Bill McGuire gave a sobering speech essentially arguing that it's too late to prevent catastrophic outcomes for billions of people, ecosystems and the environment. The best we can hope for now is to avoid extinction. That global power elites apparently see extinction as a price worth paying so that capitalism can continue, is...well there aren't even words to describe the level of evil.
