@usernomnomnom@mastodon.social Flamman is an officially socialist newspaper but hinting that they're an unreliable source is quite the accusation. What have they done to make you call their trustworthiness into question? There are plenty of newspapers/news agencies editorially aligned to either the left or right in Sweden, that are still valid sources of information. Would you act the same towards SvD for example? They're about as right-leaning as Flamman is left-leaning.
I have no idea what kind of party Örebropartiet is though, since I don't live in Örebro or have any connection to it. But I'd like to point out that Flamman did also only call it populist, not far-right. That was @lostgen@det.social 's term.

@seq@infosec.exchange @lostgen@det.social I basically don't trust any news source that is "extreme" in any direction not to twist the truth. Afaik SvD hasn't committed to a specific political position, but they strike me as right wing and I absolutely would not trust their reporting on e.g. what EPP does to be fair or balanced. Good on Flamman for referring to them as populist, because I think that gets at the core of what they are.
