At work, we went all-in Agentic Engineering in early 2026 and for me it has worked well.
Here's some reflections after about six months of developing software according to Agentic Engineering.

One thing I didn't t get: you mentioned a lot of PRs and that reviews didn't become the bottleneck. Would you mind telling a bit HOW you made the review process more efficient?
