Was by himself fiddling with the engine after work one day. Must have turned it on when he shouldn't have. The thing started smoking like a third world factory chimney. Instead of getting out of there or turning it off, it looks like he tried to fix the problem while it was still running. Ended up dying of C02 poisoning and smoke inhalation. Your story is funnier.
