randomly, i would like to thank @Mer__edith@mastodon.world and @signalapp@mastodon.world for existing, for meaningfully protecting people and their connections with people i've been teaching people about TextSecure, RedPhone and the Axolotyl protocol since Signal was was combined from all of those things i still remember a time before Open Whisper Systems existed, when there was no easy-win tool for E2EE comms for non-techie folx thank you for all of your hard work and dedication 🫶🏻
