While not a recommendation as I can’t be sure of every CEOs takes and how they align to your values, I’d recommend giving VPS’s a look. There’s plenty of guides out there to help you set one up, and you can be more confident with what’s running on your system. Could be worth a shot if you’re having trouble locating a VPN you like.

Thanks for the advice. I have heard of VPSs but never looked into them. So at the very least this is a chance to learn about them.
