@skeletor@mas.to I humbly disagree. My grandfather was paid by the government to punch Nazis. (Actually, he was issued a bayonet, but close enough.)

@pixelscience@mastodon.social @skeletor@mas.to Don't think bayonets played much role in WW II. Certainly not in the European theater at any rate. Appreciate the sentiment though. My granpaps took down 11 nazis personally. I look forward to beating his record when the fireworks start soon.
