Added a feature that I wanted for a while: regional branding selector for things like NES vs Famicom or Mega Drive vs Sega Genesis.
The Auto value is determined based on the current locale - i.e. it's up to translators to select the correct region - so basically the previous behavior.
France is separate from Europe because of PC Engine name instead of TurboGrafx-16. Brazil has a different 32X name.
I'm honestly not sure if this is gonna scale, since there will likely be more tiny regional differences, but we'll see I guess. Worst case I can revert it.

Note that this is just branding, there are more things like whether to use NTSC or PAL for worldwide releases. That is gonna be separate.
