I landed it.
It's gonna be slow, but it works. Testing welcome if someone has CHD files

A quick feature: added a toggle for Nintendo DS screen gap. Previously some games used 0px screen gap, I removed those from the database since people can just use the toggle. On an actual DS they would still have a screen gap, so I don't think it makes sense here.
