not a fresh install, it offered me the upgrade a couple of weeks ago

I’ve generally heard 26.04 isn’t doing too hot right now, and I always thought there wasn’t an officially supported upgrade path until things are more stable in the new release, but maybe that’s Ubuntu proper and not Kubuntu. I haven’t gotten a notice to upgrade, however. Also on Kubuntu 24.04.
