@AskPippa@c.im in my experience with human being, rule 8 should come first. Also, about 'facts', the conclusions of a study are a speculation, not a fact, other than the possibly useful fact the authors concluded thus. The data points they measured, those are the only facts, assuming they didn't fudge the data, which is the meat of RetractionWatch 😊. I see so many get frustrated arguing over opinions-as-fact and then wondering why rule 8 is all about opinions 🤣
