RE: https://kolektiva.social/@oatmeal/116822695178344562 It's not unique to Spain of course, but we're told to accept that protesting genocide gets you in court, while denying it “gets you a column.” The IHRA definition brands criticism of Israel as antisemitism on remarkably thin grounds, yet, like in many other European countries, genocide denial still gets more deference. The Rahola case is a rare crack in that even if it gets dropped. #Spain #IHRA #ICJ #GazaGenocide
