In 2022 NHS trusts raised #Ukrainian flags & shipped ventilators to Kyiv. Nobody got suspended
Then came #Gaza

@paka@mastodon.scot It's the same double standards that rushed to ban Russia from sporting, cultural, etc competitions - but grants a free pass to Israel's far worse invasions, war crimes and genocide in Gaza.

@paka@mastodon.scot Neither. It is not up to the NHS to apply anything. Politics has no place in the workplace, any workplace. If a staff member breaks the law, the law can deal with that.
