My worst exeriences were of course with Internet Exploder. That you had to inform a customer that they had activated a compatibility setting in their group policies and now had to look up the setting for the exlusions. Or the many ways their Office team managed/s to fuck up webdav compatibility, so you have to trace down their weird new obscure settings.
