Today, I'm in Oslo, so my morning run had lots of hills.
The highlight of the run was listening to https://youtu.be/YzhjTeSz9y4 as I ran through the warm autumn colors and the cold sunrise in the Vigeland Park. It was such a beautiful moment.

My daughter wanted to go for a run together (that's a first), so we did. It was quite short. It was quite slow.
