Another morning run. I dropped my kid off at school and then continued running for about an hour. Throughout the second half of it, I cranked my effort up slightly beyond my comfort zone, training my ability to push further on long runs. One question from English Gardener stuck with me through the run: "If your dream were to come true this moment, here and now - would you be ready?" Would you? Would I? Distance: 11.65k Pace: 5'13" #CPH42 in 64 days. #running #MastoRunDK #EveryRunHasAPurpose
