The follow up intrusive thought, then, is:what about something stronger? Anything stronger is either on the "never alone" list, not something I even have on hand, or would be a waste of good drugs to do by myself. Mostly all of the above. So, shut it, brain, we'll go to bed soon enough. Enjoy the hot tub.
