Both of my old cats loved to inhabit the space between my lower back and the backrest of the chair. Often they would just roll up an try to wriggle their way in until I scooted up.

It must be so warm and snuggly in there. My cat does this too. Also sleeps in that spot when I’m curled up on my side in bed. Right on the bum.
