randomly reminded today of the fact that Bill Clinton wrote a political thriller in 2018 that contained a surprisingly passable explanation of the Border Gateway Protocol. I'm not saying we should necessarily have an exam on distance-vector routing protocols as a cognitive test to be qualified for the presidency, but... actually, why not?
