I think my favorite thing from the slopmongers at work is that they're getting more detached from reality the more management is trying to cautiously throw the brakes on burning tokens

yeah sure let's get Claude to rewrite 1.5 million lines of Java code in Rust when we have a number of specific reasons we need to live on the JVM.. That's definitely a real thing we should do.
