Hey y'all I heard yesterday from the DOH they're officially investigating the social worker and got her name 🙏 🙌 got a call today from the nursing complaints department saying they never saw a complaint about the nurses involved and want me to submit a complaint (again) and that based on what I had said they'll definitely want to investigate. So glad I kept at it, 15 months later. Can't wait for them to get a notice and shit themselves they're being investigated :epic:

@madison@nicecrew.digital I wish you the best of luck I really hope they don't do the "we investigated ourselves and found nothing wrong" also I learned that people can change medical records and even remove themselves from being a part of something like say they were in a room about a birth or an ER patient. They can just delete whatever they wrote or they can edit it at any time without any sort of edit history. But I will pray for you guys. What a pain in the ass.
