To everyone making eclectic personal homepages and putting them out on the internet, experimenting and trying new things because they feel right for *you* without prioritizing what's Correct to other people: The spirit of early "Cyberspace" lives on in you, and I thank you for bringing the joy back

(If I had to articulate just one reason why I personally favor Mastodon over Bluesky, this is top of the list: The Fediverse is messy and weird, and a little rough around the edges, but in all the ways that the early internet was. Mastodon is the Geocities of social media, and I like that ^.^)

@lupinia@infosec.exchange Yes and no. Please do not forget accessibility. Style things however you please, and if they're a little weird then so be it, but from alt text to keyboard navigation, those things really should be considered, otherwise some people literally can not use the website even if they tried.
